Before we start
If you cancel before we have started work on your file, we refund the full amount you paid.

After we have started
If you cancel after work has started, we refund the amount paid minus the value of the work already done, which we explain to you in writing. Filings already sent to the IRS cannot be refunded.
The Diagnostic is fully performed once we send you our written answers. It is then non-refundable, and its fee is credited toward your next service with us.
Consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer living in the EU, your 14-day right of withdrawal described in our Terms of Service also applies, and takes precedence over this policy where it gives you more rights.
If something isn't right
If we made an error, we correct it free of charge. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, write to us within 14 days of delivery and explain why: we will fix what falls within the agreed scope.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@melyatax.com with your name and the service concerned. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 10 business days.
