Yes. Your filings are prepared by Amel Ouchene, a tax preparer registered with the IRS (PTIN holder) to prepare federal returns for compensation. To be clear about what that covers: we prepare and file your returns, but we don’t formally represent clients before the IRS. More on that below.

Not directly. Our IRS registration covers preparing your return, not formal representation, which requires a CPA, an enrolled agent or an attorney. If the IRS contacts you, we explain the notice, prepare your response for you to sign, and refer you to a representative if your case goes further.
Yes. Everything is handled asynchronously by design, from the intake form to the written quote to the documented delivery, so time zones don’t slow anything down.
No. Since FinCEN’s final rule of August 2026, companies formed in the US no longer file BOI reports, whoever owns them. Only companies formed abroad and registered to do business in a US state still report. If you were charged for a BOI filing, ask your provider what was actually filed.
